not syncing
I have an 80 gb Zune, and I am using Windows Vista. I've been having a lot of problems with my Zune lately. It wasn't connecting to my computer at all for awhile, but I got a new Zune cord and now it charges fine, but the zune player (i don't know technical terms) won't detect it. When I plug it in, my computer tells me I need to install the Zune driver software, and I select yes, and it says it installs the software, but it still won't work. This happens every time I plug it in. I've tried everything I've been able to find online, and any help will be greatly appreciated. (I don't know a lot of computer stuff so you might have to walk me though it.) Thanks =]
