My Zune is locked at the main menu. The right button works (puts it in sleep mode). Zune software on pc detects the Zune and I can sync. I just cannot navigate the main menu. I also cannot reset the Zune (back button and pad up button). I upgraded to 3.2 a few days ago but it has been working well. Any ideas? Should I delete all the content? Downgrade the firmware? Thank you!
