Default Can't find 3.2 firmware for my zune 80

I have a zune 80, and I downloaded zune 4.0 software from Microsoft download centre, and I can install the software, but it says my zune80's 3.1 firmware is already up to date. Why? Please help me. Thank you. By the way, I am in the UK.

Do you have any other zunes you can try updating? Some users have reported that their 80s and 120s update after installing updates for their flash zunes or the 30.

Delete everything, including the firmware, then connect it back to the PC, install the firmware and re-sync everything.

I have tried this with zune 4.0 software, but it could not install any firmware for my zune, so I had to delete 4.0 and install zune 3.1 software to recovery my zune, unfortunately, both the 3.1 and 4.0 software still installed 3.1 firmware only.

What I did was to just leave my Zune alone. When I had connected my Zune today, it told me that there was an update available. I'm sure that it'll detect that there's an update shortly.
