okay so i was using my zune 80 a while ago.. and i layed it down for like 15 minutes then i went back to it and i usually i put it on lock once i stop using it.. so i went back to it and i unlocked it and for some reason my zune doesnt come out of lock mode.. i tried to restart it and plug it in my laptop but nothing works... im not gonna risk opening it myself to see whats wrong so can someone help me with this?.. and if involves opening it just tell me i guess..

don't open it. You may need to just reformat it. Simply, in the boot up screen, press all three buttons at the same time and hold.... the reformatting process will take over. You will need to resync everything all over again...
Opening you Zune, BTW - voids the warranty so you wouldn't be able to send it in to MS if need be... so I would avoid doing that at all costs...
