zune 120 noob

well im a noob at this. i dont know what g1 and g2 means . i just got my zune 120 about 2 or 3 weeks ago. i did a reformat and found a pre loaded zip file on the net. thing is its a diffent vid in zip file and none of my pre loaded pictures were in it. also i did use some of these pictures but when i make the zune use defualt wallpapaer it just goes to a black screen. is my zune broken am i missing steps also can i get my orginal pictures back?

As far as I know, When you format you loose every preloaded item.

It's supposedly/rumored to be the next generation Zune. Supposed to come out some time in the fall. Microsoft hasn't confirmed it or denied it.
EDIT: To answer you original question. When you format the Zune you lose all content, including preloaded. When you tell it to go to the default wallpaper it's probably trying to find it but since you formated it can't find it and defaults to a black screen. So no, you Zune is not broken.
I'll try to find the preloaded content for you. It's got to be around here somewhere...

thanks alot guys. wow feel like such a noob on here but howardfourms i dont lol. ya guess its alot easier to hack a phone or there is just so much more?
