Hi, so i bought my zune 8G about 8 months ago after about 1 week of use it wodent sync and i got frustrated and put it away now i need something to listen to at the gym and its what i have so this is the problem, i have windows xp with all service packs and everything is up to day so when i connect my zune the computer wont even notice it no sound no nothing and yes i did went and spend 20 dollars on a new sync cable and my zune wont turn on since it had no batter meaning i cant reset it the zune has never been droped and not 1 scratch i really need help i really do please if you need more information to help me out feel free to ask and yes i have re installed the zune software and rebooted my computer over a dozen times.

send in your zune for repairs

you really should have returned it or something when you got it, and it was still capable of being returned.
