[SOLVED] nothing on zune but space is used up

i just got my brothers old hardrive from his computer and i put all the music on my zune and then i looked at it and it says ive used up like all my space and i only have 140 songs on it and thats it. so then i cleared my zune of everything and it has 0 vids 0 songs 0 pics and still used up 6.8gb when i go onto the zune software and click my zune it has a bar at the bottom with used and unused space and i put my pointer over the used space and it says reserved space and content from other computers (if any) 6.88gb how is this possible ???? please help

You might have to do a hard clear. While the zune is booting up, hold back left and middle all at the same time.
