Zune 8 won't save settings
Can anyone help me? I'm trying to save settings for my Zune 8 and the settings don't seem to be taking. For example, I set my clock an hour ahead and then when I restart my Zune, the clock time is changed back. The same thing happens with the shuffle. I turn shuffle off and when I restart my Zune shuffle is back on again.
This is all very frustrating. Is there are trick out there that I don't know about?
I'm on firmware version 3.1
Somebody...pleaaaase help me!
