Default Zune wont connect helppppppppppp
I have tried every troubleshooting guide on the entire world wide web. ive done a reset to my zune and reinstalled the software. Now because i reset the zune step one is to connect the zune, and i do, and it will jump back and forth between step one and two on the zune's screen, i hate this.... It will charge and the computer recognizes it but says its an unkown usb device. so obviously its the zune itself or the software messing up. Please help im about to shove this zune through my wall.

Lets go step by step, what generation zune do you have first off?. then we'll get to the next steps, oops I may be a noob but I have
owned every generation of Zune and have had multiple probs and
solved them all, so lets see if I can help you solve yours.
