Default This Sucks

My Zune 120 is not being recognized by the software and when i connect it the computer says installing device driver software and then it says failed. can someone please help me i do not want to reset my device bc i have lost all my music from my collection bc the zune software ****ed me over when my drive letter changed.

Try uninstalling / reinstalling the Zune software, first.

What happened to the files on your PC? Did they get wiped?
