Thumbs down Bottom Left corner of my screen is not flush causing ust to get under my screen

I already have the box to send it in to Microsoft and everything but if they are just gonna look at it and say I did it. (Cause I didn't it's been that way ever since I got the device and I've just dealt with it) I'll just fix it myself if there is any way for me to make the screen go down and get the dust outta there.

Any help would be appreciated.

By the way it's a zune 120 original.

Regardless of whether you fix it yourself, or send it into Microsoft and get a new one, what I recommend is that afterwards you go to Skinit.com (or a similar site) and purchase a skin. The "skins" are custom made to fit your device (in this case select Zune80 or Zune120 since they are the same size.) I bought one for my Zune80, and since it seals all the way around the screen, it has kept any dust from leaking through to underneath the screen. The skins are not permanent and are removable if you desire to do so, and range in price depending on where you purchase from $9 and up.

Default So.

I called msoft and they said the elevated screen means i tampered with it.
So anyone know how to make the screen become flush with the device after i get the dust out?

well i think that if your warenty is no good anymore, that go ahead, take it apart and fix the glass(its glass around the edge the screen is below it), or jsut deal with it
