Any help would be appreciated.
By the way it's a zune 120 original.

Regardless of whether you fix it yourself, or send it into Microsoft and get a new one, what I recommend is that afterwards you go to Skinit.com (or a similar site) and purchase a skin. The "skins" are custom made to fit your device (in this case select Zune80 or Zune120 since they are the same size.) I bought one for my Zune80, and since it seals all the way around the screen, it has kept any dust from leaking through to underneath the screen. The skins are not permanent and are removable if you desire to do so, and range in price depending on where you purchase from $9 and up.
