screen problems

hi. well.. i have a zune 80.. but something happended.. lately my zune started to stop workint when i was changin songs in play mode a lot of times, and just about now.. i restarted it because of that problem, and the screen is in black, in the dark i can see the bottom lithgt... but thre is nothing in the screen.. why is that??... when i put the earphones on, i can hear the clik sound and music and that, but the screen is black... pelase help me!
