HELP:
Just got a Zune 120. Loaded 3.0 software. I am supposed to be able to see Zune in "My computer" as a hard drive? Its not there. Even Windows Media Player doesnt see it. What am I doing wrong. No manual with product, no help on line. Who can i ask for help?

Umm... Zune is not for use as a hard drive. Nor does it show up as one.
You sync using the software that came with it.
You can search online for an application that can make your zune accessible as a hard drive but it won't do much for you. Not like a normal mp3 player, kind of like the ipod has itunes, so Zune has Zune software.
