Default Help with mircrosoft #C express edition

ive been trying to open games ive downloaded in this program but when i go to open them theyre not there, but when i look at my documents in some other program they are there, Please HELP!!!!!!!!!!


I know some of you can help me, I REALLY NEED HELP
