Sync Podcasts on 2 computers

I sync all of my music and other items on my desktop. No problems there. However, while on the road with my notebook I would like to be able to update the podcasts. How do I do this? When the guest account is active and the Zune connected when I manually sync nothing happens. I have a variety of subscribed podcasts which should update daily. Maybe I am not using the write keywords to search but I can't find an answer to my question.

How can I sync my podcasts on at least my 2 computer and possibly on any other machine that has the Zune software installed.
