Default Comletely dump Zune 80 and reload

Hi all newbie here...Well anyway Ive had my Zune for about a month now and had to call microsoft support....What a joke....Panji from India was no help at all...It all started with some lines across my screen when watching a movie...The only way to cure the very scrambled screen was to turn off the zune and walk away for an hour then restart it....Well she had me dump everything off the HD and start all over...Problem is is that it shows "0" zero files but somehow theres about 6 gigs missing off the HD....Now when I plug the Zune it into the computer it wants me to intsall a driver which didnt come with it new and The software doesnt even recognize the Zune anymore...MY question is simple. Is there a way to completely dump evrything on my Zune and start all over like it was a brand new machine right out of thr box ???? I Want to be able to plug it it like when it was new and reset evrything....ANY HELP other than Panji would be great...

To delete everything (including firmware): press and hold the back button, left on the squircle, and center on the squircle.
To delete everything (but the firmware): do the same thing but switch left for right.
Here's the source of this information: http://www.zuneboards.com/forums/zun...t=combinations
Hope this helps.

Dont forget, you need to do that while the Zune is booting.
