HELP! Zune 80 Home AV V2

I've bought a Zune Home AV V2 dock.

I live in the UK and didn't realise that you couldn't select PAL on the Zune 80 and my TV doesn't seem to be able to pick up an NTSC source.

The problem is is that I think it could be the dock that's bust rather than my TV not picking up the NTSC signal.

The reason I think that might be the case is that if I dock the player and just plug the white and red audio cables into my DVD surround sound or into the audio ports on the TV then I don't hear anything.

I've tried that with both the TV Out turned on in settings and with it turned off.

If I plug in the red and white audio cables into my DVD surround and plug the jack into the headphones socket on the Zune then I do hear sound so the cable seems to be fine.

Is the reason it's not outputting sound via the dock because it's outputting in NTSC or does it just sound like my brand new dock is funked!!!?

Any advise will be very much appreciated.

I've just tried bypassing the dock and just using the cable, plugging the red white yellow cables into the TV and the jack into the headphone socket and it worked.

Although it worked, the picture was poor and there was a lot of feedback when nothing was playing so it's not ideal and it also means that I can't use the remote.

Any advise would still be appreciated.
