Default [SOLVED] premium headphones warranty

well my headphones got suck on something while I was on my bike, and got ripped in half. I couldn't find the bottom half but I managed to save the top half, I want to know if I can send them to microsoft for a replacement is this possible?

If you bought a zune 80 and those headphones came with it, then they'll be under your zunes warranty.Which means you can get another free pair of premium headphones from MS. All you have to do is call Microsoft 1-877-GET-ZUNE (438-9863) and tell them what happened and ask for new ones. They should send you new ones.

Edit: When you call them tell them your right earbud on your headphones just broke out of no where. Like it just died. Because in my opinion they might not send you new ones because they might think it's your fault it broke and you didn't take care of them that well. So to be on the safe side just tell them your right earbud on your headphones just broke out of no where. This earbud breaking out of no where always works.
