There seems to be a problem

When I tried to upload the software today it said no new updates available.. now I'm not sure about anything else and have no way to check.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

I plug in my Zune and the program automatically launches, like I want it to. It comes up but as soon as it does I get the error message that it discovered a problem and needs to shut down. (See attachment to see image) Now, I'm getting two messages, the one previously mentioned and Error 0xe0434f4d occurred in 0x7c812a5b.

THINGS ATTEMPTED SO FAR

I've deleted the program and re-installed it. I've also restarted my Zune. I've posted on the normal Zune forum board but they don't seem to ever answer and when they do it's something I've already done.

HAVE YOU SEARCHED ONLINE/ZUNEBOARDS TO FIND A SOLUTION?

Have u tried uninstalling with unzoone?And did u try re-installing with SZIP2http://www.zuneboards.com/forums/zto...-v2-redux.html
If u haven't u might wanna try that, usually alot of problems are solver with SZIP2
if the problem continues, we'll see if we can help u more

I followed that and now have that version on my computer but it still wont open. It gave me the same error message.

Are u using vista or xp?
if vista try running it as administrator
Also have u tried updating windows?
go to update.microsoft.com

I went and updated to the newest update there. (I have an XP) Now what?

Try the software again or re-install

At first I had a problem with getting it to resync but now I'm just connected as a guest. That is fine with me as long as it works.
