Default zune 80 crashes every other day
I dont understand what is going on with my zune. Just about every other day it freezes and goes to the contact suport or please wait screen. The button combos dont work when i get to the please wait screen. I havent even had this thing a month. Im throwin my hands up. I have cleared it four times already. I LOVE THE ZUNE and ZUNE MARKETPLACE, but this is soooo frustrating. Is this common? I have the warranty at CC, but im trying to figure out if i should get another one or not.

it doesn't seem to be common on every zune.. i think your better off calling microsoft/zune

When you say you cleared it, did you delete the Firmware+Content with a hard reset?

I suggest getting another one, if you can get one for free from Circuit City with the warranty. It'll be faster than sending it into Zune Repair if it comes to that.
