Unhappy help quick
i just got a 80 gig and it just wont sync anymore. When i plug it into the computer, it reads and charges but when i sync a song, it goes up to 19% then says that its not plugged in. I tried on 3 computers and 3 different cables. I tried restarting the zune, the software, everything but nothing seems to work. does anybody have the same problem or think they can help me??
and if i wanted to call zune and trade mine for a refurbished one, what number would it be?

Like it stops recognizing the device at 19%?

I've had to wait like 7 minutes at a certain percent before it moved on.

How massive is the library you're trying to sync?
