Default problem with my zune 80
okay today i went to put my zune into the case and droped it onto by bed very slightly taping the wood, about 30 min. later i went to use it it said error: all items need to be removed and re put on . okay so i did this, i tryied to resync and it said zune is not responding please restart and try again. it keeps saying this every time i try to sync its getting me majorly ticked any help at all would be apreciated




thats what happens then i take my zune of the cable, restart the zune and try again same thiong every time


Now i tryed again and This happend

i tryed renaming it to a new name and still same problem once again

Try doing a hard reset(deletes hardware+firmware).

i tryed that and all my zune did was turn on and off i dont know why

Maybe you didn't do the hard reset correctly. Look at one of the mod's, cameleonMK's, signature and it'll lead you to the key combination for the hardreset.

back+ up only restarts the zune.

i guess the first time i did it wrong its doiing it current ly h/o ill finish it and share how it went


nope same problem asd before i want this to work so badly too id rather not send it to customer suport as hearing how its so bad

hmm just a theroy but maybe the zune 80 cant be held in for long sync's the first time i only had about 400 song 4 videos and like 100 pics now its like 850 songs 40 vids and 100 pic maybe it cant take a long sync lkike this

I synced 15GB of stuff to my zune on the first day. 2000 songs couple hundred videos and lots of podcasts.

not really they are like hard to understand they didnt sdo alot and its gonna take like 3 weeks min. to fix and my freeind might let me use his old zune 30 brown cuz hes gotta zune 80 too
