Default Re-Converts all my audio.

I don't whats going on, I moved to a new computer and took all my music off it. Now all of a sudden when I try to resync the files, everything being converted (some of the metadata was screwed), music wise anyway. Any help?

If it's just a metadata problem, you could run the collection reset tool: http://www.zuneboards.com/forums/gen...agnostics.html

Otherwise you might need to Unzoone and then reinstall.

Wow, took a whole bunch of what you guys said and I ended up doing two things.

Uninstalling the Zune software itself.

The using Unzoone to get rid of all the dlls and extra shiz it leaves behind in the registry, and soon after than using SZIP, to sync my collection.

That's why everybody should keep a software such as Active Undelete in case you've done stupid things such as deleting your entire music collection. Active undelete will undelete what you've deleted even if you've emptied out the recycling bin or reformatted.

I was able to recover roughly 80-90% of what I deleted so it wasn't a total loss. It actually has turned out to be a good thing cause now i'm going through and deleting all the songs I don't like and making sure they're all tagged like they should be so I don't get the funky looking stuff in my Zune.

Oh yeah, the program I used is "Recover My Files", worked beautifully.
