zune factory default

is there any way to put the zune back to factory default (erase every thing from it) with out using the button combos cuz i cant get them to work... maby though the zune software, some how?

you need to restart it then do the button combos to format it, lol took me a while to figure that out, so just try that if you cannot you can erase all content in the zune program but that does not erase firm ware

You can erase everything from the zune through the software.
Settings -> Device -> Sync options -> erase all content.

idk if thats what your looking for?

if he wants factory hes going to have to erase all firm ware but then it will not be factory he has to go and find the firmware it came from the factory and reinstall it
