Did you use the ones in the text or in the pictures? The pictures are faulty, and no one on the Support Team has the skill or initiative to fix them so far. Anyway, if you follow this, you should be able to fully clear the Zune:
Hold Back-Up to reset the Zune
When you see the Zune logo:
-Hold Back-Center-Left on a Zune 30
-Hold Back-Center-Play on a Zune 4/8/16/80/120
Connect to the computer to reload the firmware and media
Hey i'm new here cause i am having problems with my zune. i was hoping you could help me out. my zune will turn on but sometimes it will not let me do anything. then i turn it off and turn back on, i will be able to choose a catagory but if i press up on the pad it will just keep going up instead of just going up one. same thing with left and right. when i play a song it will not let me go to the next song it only fastforwards and its really making me furiouse. i have tryed all of the button combos and i have no idea what to do. HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!

My Zune suddenly stopped working, and the only thing that ended up working was to delete all the content from my Zune and sync it all back. Things are working fine again, let's hope it stays that way!
