Can't get Zune software to install - Page 2

? I'm sorry, but this doesn't point me in any direction- I have tried to install from the zune site, from shortcut sites on this forum, and from the disk in excess of 20 times today alone...

I have no patience left, no longer hoping that it will magically decide to cooperate without some sort of fix or reason for why it will not work.

If anyone has any other ideas they'd like throw at me, I'd still be appreciative - also I do appreciate all the help that has been offered so far

I decided to try to get Vista to install (had been trying since last Monday) and for whatever reason, it worked today- so I kept my toes crossed and popped the Zune CD back in, fully expecting to see the error screen- but it never happened

I am synching my Zune right now!!!!!!!!

Hi

I can't install the new software. I'm in Windows XP (Portuguese) and it keeps saying me that:

Service 'Zune Bus Enumerator' (ZuneBusEnum) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privilegs to start system services

My account is administrator so I don't know what to do... Any help?
