Default click wheel some buttons not working


well as title says my back button and middle button dont work!!! will ineed to replace the click wheel or is it fixable?? i cant reset the zune coz back wont work!

Yea get another zune. That's a fault of microsoft's. Unless you did something. Was it like that out of the box?

at rapid repair they sell them for $25 i got mine there after my play button didn't work

Warranty should cover it... unless you dropped it in water or something.

water would cause something worse than this.

maybe if it got stepped on or something.

but this just seems like the little clickers under the buttons are broken.
