this helped me fix my zune, it wouldn't connect with my computer so i erased all the content and firmware on it and then rebooted it, the only bad part is how long it takes to sync all of my music.

hi ive been trying to erase everything on my zune 30 but for some reason it isn't working and i tried the button combos but they haven't worked so i was curious if it might have anything to do with the new upgrade? so if any one could help id very much appreciate it

Did you:
Hold Back-Up to reset the Zune
Hold Back-Center-Left when you saw the logo

If you did that, it should be fine.

Unfortunately, the pics for the 80 are wrong. If I had an GFX skill I'd remake them myself, but I have none so they remain wrong.

hey cmk what if i accidently dropped my 30gb and then after a few hours it booted up but hangs up on zune logo with the message please wait and a #3 on the side? any idea? it doesnt respond on all the button combos..... pls do reply asap
