My zune got frozen and I had to ask MS to help me, and they told me to delete EVERYTHING, and this is what they said! THanks for telling me for next time because i would NOT remember it. lol

Wow thanks a lot for the tip! I was holding the play/pause button thinking it was turning it off (saving the battery). Now I know to put it deep sleep instead. Thanks!

Just be sure you won't use it for a while. Because if you turn it off and then use it again in 20min or so. Your wasting more battery than you would if you put it to sleep.

On my Zune 80 it does turn it off.
