Im trying to confirm with my Zune80.

Everything works except the firmware reset.

then again, my zune has been showing an error #5 contact support.

So Sleep is temporarily, and Shut down is for prolonged periods? (6-8 hour minimums?) What happens if you use it like within one hour?

Yes, and you would use up more battery than just putting it in sleep mode.

I have a Zune80G and like I tried to delte everything including the firmware (I did the button combination) and like it froze on the 3. Please Wait. Page. Thing...

It wont let me restart it either.
