Zune Not Recognized Or Charging

OK, I read the support that Microsoft gave about "Zune not being recognized by your PC." But when I freshly installed the Zune software, and when prompted, connect my Zune, nothing happens. I have let it charge OVERNIGHT, which is more than 3 hours, and I am still not off of the little black screen with the battery and plug. So, I said "Well, maybe if I charge it for 3 hours with the AC adapter, then plug it in, it may work." Afraid not. Nothing it happening!!! PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

call the support line on their web site

they have a very good support team

you'll probably end up getting a replacement zune

Maybe your connector is faulty... although it just wouldnt turn on after a while because if would be fully out of charge. So that doesnt explain...

FIXED! I let my Zune die, and then I charged it again with the AC adapter for about 3 hours and such, then finally, I turned it on, and presto! I synced all 5 GB of my music and I happy go lucky! Thanks guys!!!!
