Zune Software: Fatal Error
I just got my zune this morning at 5 am. This hole morning i've been trying to figure whats going wrong. Whenever I put the CD in for zune software i get "Fatal Startup Error: Unable to create the WebBrowser control" I tried going to the site to also download it, but the same thing pops up. I have Firefox and Internet explorer and it still doesn't work. Pleaseee helpp me im getting really impatient, a[/size]nd I just want to use my new zune, not just a 250$ radio.

What version of windows are you running?

If I were you I'd download the Zune software from zune.net and give that a shot.

If you are running xp, you might wanna try reinstalling it. it's possible that you have some missing or corrupt system files.
reinstalling over the top won't erase/delete any files if you don't select the format or partition option. just install right over the old. genetix |

Does the error give any more details, the way windows media player sometimes does? In another window perhaps?
