Hi, hope someone can help.
I installed and unistalled the Zune software about 5 times now.テつ*テつ*All works except that I cannot get to the marketplace and, clicking on the sign-in button does not do anything at all. Neither does right-clicking.テつ*テつ*Called customer support, they were not able to help. I am running Windows XPテつ*テつ*SP2. It does not seem to even try connecting to the internet at all. The install went fine each time but I never actually was asked to create a zune tag.テつ*テつ*No error messages during install. Has anyone experienced this or does anyone have an idea on how I can get this to connect? Any help would be appreciated. CK |

Have you tried connecting your zune after the software was installed?

When you click the marketplace, Do you get anything? Do you get a message that says "Your Computer Is Not Connected"?

May sound silly. But are you 100% sure you were connected to the internet every time you've installing the software?

How strange.. I have no idea what could be going on.. Something you could try is to download the zune software from the website and try installing it from that file.
