Whats Wrong with my ZUNE?

Well I just got the zune yesterday, when I turned it on the first time I right away got an error message. It said zune error content needs to be erased. After gettin the msg about 5 times, my zune was cleared and i did not have any preloaded content. Anyone have same problem? Also I put videos on my zune and after disconnecting it watched them, but then when i connected again and disconnected, the videos were missing

Have you tried resetting the device? (Press the back button while pressing the top button)

yea idid it, im thinking it might have just beena hiccup. Now im more worried about the dissapearing videos/pictures. I set a picture as my wallpaper and it dissapeared from my pictures, but stayed as my wallpaper. Sure dont want to go through the process of shipping this baby back to amazon.com

Eh, Data loss isn't uncommon for fresh off the market portable devices. It might simply be a small error that you can correct with reinstalling the syncing drivers.

When you sync online it will restore the firmware as well as all the preloaded music/video and also those that you had added yourself.

This just happened to me too. The Zune reset like 5 times in a row, then a message saying Error:Zune must delete all contents.

Then it did. Now I have nothing on my Zune. No big deal b/c I still have all the playlists saved on my hard drive, but have you had this problem again, since the 1st time? (Anyone)

Has anyone figured out what is going on when this happens?
