WOW!!! cant install

heres the problem, when i go to install it, it says "Installation Error: An error occured while installing the Zune software. Close all open applications, restart your computer, and try again."
now i had it installed on version 1.2 i believe, but now i uninstalled that, and cant install 1.3, this really makes me want to take my zune back and get an ipod

I've had this problem before:

1) Try downloading http://tinyurl.com/ywgfq2
2) Install it and follow all the installation instructions
3) Download ZuneSetup.exe (unless you already have) and try reinstalling

okay, downloading now, edit post with results
it says it cant install cause i have an already more updated version already on my system, should i unistall it and reinstall it?
