I had this problem with the last firmware and with the new firmware. i dont live in america so i cant send my zune for repairs as some suggest or call for help.When i first downloaded the zune 4.0 software it synced all my songs perfectly but never again after that. i have no problem synching movies and videos onto the zune but when it comes to music and pictures it doesn't want to sync. Sometimes i get lucky and it syncs everything but after a while it starts to freeze during play music. I want to do the hack so i can use my zune as HD but i dont want to brick it. Any ideas to what i should try?
