Zune Firmware Won't Install
I bought my Zune 30 5 days ago(used). when i got home i connected it to my pc and uploaded some songs. yesterday i connected the Zune again and uploaded some songs and pictures. after the upload, i shut the device down and left it. when i tried to turn on the Zune, it said "Connect Zune to your PC". i connected it to my pc and it said "On your PC, open the Zune software and restore the Zune device firmware". i opened the zune software but there wasn't any option there. my device wasn't on the main screen with "Quickplay, Social, Collection". i checked the Settings->Software->General->Software Updates->Check for Updates and it said "Your Zune software is already up to date". under Settings->Device tab, every option says "To view this setting, connect your Zune". i tried all the USB ports of my pc(but snice it senses itself connected to the pc, i'm guessing that's out of the window). restarted multiple times and retried the process. however, under Device Manager the Zune shows up under "Portable Devices". i don't understand why after the first time i connected the player it worked fine but now it's acting up! Please help me!
Edit: When i tried it again just now, it gave an error code. it is C00D11CD(80070057). hope it helps.
