zune wont sync or charge.

alright so..when i plug my zune into my computer, laptop, or a outlet in the wall, it will only charge if its completely dead. But once it turns on it wont charge any more. It just goes to the point where the battery symbol is red and low battery pops up and it will just die again in like 3 min.

It also wont sync up if i plug it into any computer.

anyone know any fixes for this? its been broke for a while, and i want to be able to use it again.

I'm pretty sure that you're going to need to replace the battery. It sounds like yours is barely holding a charge now. As for your sync issue, though, I have no idea.

since that problem is pretty complicated Microsoft should be notified about the occurrences many of the times they depend on us to show them problems and how we react LIke/dislike
