Default Anyone else having a problem...


redeeming the free 14 day trial? I type the code, and it tells me it's invalid. Whats the deal?

Just talked with Zune support and they said it's a known issue and they are working on it. They gave me the following webpage to check the status of the problem.

hold on for a day or 2 man, unless you can get through to tech support.once most ppl get their Zune up and running.they'll help.

Microsoft has more hands working on this then I've most likely seen. So don't worry about it, it will be resolved shortly.

I am having the same problem, I might just skip the trial and just sign up.
