My Zune 30GB Resets while synching

Okay. So I download some music. I fire up Zune software. Connected the Zune, and I went to add my songs. The sync thingy at the bottom left corner of the window stops at 51%, and the Zune then freezes, then resets in the middle of the sync. This has been happening for a week already, and I Hard-Reseted it like 10 times, and I can't add any music to my Zune.


Also, it will allow some songs to sync properly to the player, but most songs theres no luck. I also sent it in for repairs 3 times before, so I don't think I can return it again.

It might be a corrupt song.

I don't think the songs are corrupted. Because the songs play perfectly when I play it on the Zune Software, and when I send it to my Phone, it plays.

What format are the songs in? Maybe they're just not supported by the Zune, and they need to be converted in order for you to add them to the device.

They are all in MP3 format. The Zune will stop synching the songs, and reset for no reason. A error message comes up saying the Zune isn't responding.


Before I had this problem, my Zune used to freeze in the middle of my songs, so I Hard-Reseted it, TWICE. I solved THAT problem, and now this new problem came out of no-where.

I just need to know if there is a solution to that problem, before I go out and get another Zune...so I won't be wasting my money.
