I broke the hold switch.

Well, uh, somehow the hold switch snapped off. I don't really know when, so I don't know where it is. But now I cannot switch it back to unlock.

I just want to know where/how I can get it fixed, since I doubt I can do anything for it.

You can either send it back, or find a similar piece of plastic, and glue it back on.

Could you post a picture so that we can have a better idea of the damage?

I guess that you could use something like a pen to switch it back, but it would be easier to help if we could see the problem.
