ok...so far i have purchased from the marketplace 4 TopGear episodes...episode 10-3, the Vietnam and Botswana specials, and episode 10-4...all four show downloaded fine and show up in marketplace...i connect my Zune 30, drag and drop all four episodes on the Zune icon on the bottom of the screen, it says i added four videos, they sync just fine it seems...software says it added four videos, go into the device videos in the software to see whats there, and all four show up...except the Botswana special...it shows up, the picture for it is there...the info for it is there...but it doesnt say its size and how much memory it takes up like every other video...but it says it synced...i unplug the zune...go into videos, and only the three episodes show up...plug the zune back in, all four show up on the software...i unplug it and same result...why? whats going on? i want to see the video! its my favorite episode, and moms computer wont play it...i cant put it on my computer because it wont transfer the media rights...so my only way of watching it is on my Zune...but it wont transfer...what can i do? ive payed for it and i want to watch it..but it wont sync even though it says it has...whats going on?

Unzoone is actually how i got the software to go on in the first place...got an error code saying the software was already installed and up to date, after i had removed it...so i did Unzoon and reinstalled it and everything works perfectly...with this exception...i suppose i can try the unzoone thing...itll take a while...but i really want to watch that episode again...is there anything else that might fix it before i go through the whole unzoone and reinstall process? i have all my media on an external hard drive so thats all safe...
and TG is amazing! even have the shirt that says "i am the Stig's Fat Cousin"

yea...nothing to loose i suppose...the only other thing i thought of (and probably wont do 'cuz i dont have many Zune friends that live nearby) was to sign on my account on their computer, go to my download history and download the vid from there and then sync it to my Zune that way...but i may as well do the Unzoone...

EDIT: just unzooned it...reinstalled the software...fixed all the monitered and rip folders...its adding all my media...but some of my albums have the wrong album art or none at all...and this is just after i spent hours a few weeks ago doing the find album info tool thing...grr...will it fix itself, or do i have to spend another day fixing it again...and its not so much about the computer...its the question of will it "update" and change all the album info on the Zune itself next time i connect it?
will try to resync video in a moment...ill keep you posted...

okay...did the whole unzooned and reinstalled...put all my media back on the software...connected the Zune...drag and dropped the video...said syncing 0% then jumped to 50% then just said added...did updating device settings and such...on the software in videos it has the little symbol that says its on the Zune...on the device tab on the software, it says all four episodes are there, but the Batswana episode does not have the little info next to it saying how much memory it is...unhook the Zune to see if its there, go into the videos...and only three episodes are there...why? what the heck is going on here??
EDIT:: i deleted it from the device, then removed it from the software collection but did not delete it from the computer...just re added it to the collection...synced it...alls fine now...shows up on the software list of whats on my Zune...says how much space it is...disconnect the Zune and its there! yay! lol...
