Question [SOLVED] Just need some help

Alright I'll give you the run down. My zune is 2 years old and has taken 2 falls and right now when i restart it it will go to a blank screen then if you wait like 5-10 min it will go to the normal screen i.e.(music, videos etc). but when you plug it in it takes a while for the computer to recognize it but when it does it will sync but after syncing for 10-20 min i get an error message. It says and i'm parraphrasing "Zune not responding. or error code C00D124D.

So all i need to know is..
What can i do to fix it?

i believe it needs a new hard drive
PS: i have done the one finger salutes. didnt work

Ah. This seems to be solved for the most part, but I would like to remind you that the problem still may not be the hard drive, but actually the ZIF connection to the motherboard of the Zune. This is highly unlikely, but it is still something you need to know and if you buy an HDD and it doesn't work, then you'll have wasted a lot of money.

You have to open the Zune and then check for a small orange cable that is going into the HDD. It may just be loose, or not a problem at all though.
