HELP PLEASE!!!
I had a password on my zune and one of my friends tried to get into it even though he didn't know the password. There was a message asking "did you forget your passord?" and he clicked ''yes,'' thinking he'd be able to access my media.
Next thing you know he tells me everything on my zune is gone. Everything is deleted: my music, pictures, videos, everything.
My computer was taken over by a virus a couple months ago and I needed to clean everything out of it, so I lost all my media.
Please, someone tell me there's another way to retrieve my media back to my zune.
