Default Zune won't update firmware
So my friend has a Zune 30 and at the time when all of the zunes went down, he deleted all of the media and firmware on his zune using the key combo. He hasn't been able to put the firmware v3.1 on it. I have a Zune 120 and it's fully updated with the software and firmware. So i plug his Zune in my computer and it tries to install and it one of two things happens:
1) gets stuck at 25%
2) goes through the installation, restarts the zune. zune says "please wait. do not disconnect" and i recieve the "Error code c00d11cd" thing. How can i fix this?

hmm.. try doing a hard reset.. and delete the firmware again.. and reinstall the firmware. and see what happens..
