Scenario: I am using a USB record player and am converting all my albums to mp3 format on my computer. My question is this: Why is it that when I create a new folder in windows, such as :
C:\users\me\music\zune\band_name\album_title\songs .mp3 and then startup the zune software on my computer, why won't it recognize the folder i just put there. Even after rebooting it doesn't see anything. Is there a simple setting somewhere that I am not seeing. Please someone help me, i just spent over a month recording all these vinyl records to my laptop and now I hope that my efforts weren't in vain...... That happens from time to time. Here's what you should do:
1. Open the zune software. Navigate to your music collection 2. Open the location of the folder in My Computer 3. Drag and drop the files onto your zune software, right with the other music If it doesn't add it at this point, then the files are incorrectly encoded. ![]() ![]() |
