Default About to throw Zune off a cliff!!!!!

I am pretty much fed up with this Zune. I cant figure out what the problem is. I can sync music without a problem. When it comes to movies.....the Zune WILL NOT sync them. It just shows stuck at 0% or 50% then says done and NOTHING! I have tried everything I can think of. I have uninstalled Zune software completely then put it back on. I have converted my movies into EVERY imaginable format suitable for the Zune. Still NOTHING! HELP ME OUT!!! Calling support is hopeless, if I cant figure something out I will be selling it or throwing it as far as possible off the highest cliff I can find locally.

It usually takes awhile becaus eit converts it (don;t know what to/for) but anyways, movies take about half an hour to be put on a zune.

try syncing a small video. See what happens. It might be your USB slot capabilities too i.e. if its USB 1.0 or 2.0
