How do I copy from zune to PC

I am a new user of zune. How do I copy files from my zune to PC. I drag the files from zune to the computer and hit sync, but my files are not going to the computer. What am I doing wrong here? Thanks wb

Just click and drag the files from the Zune to the computer, if you see a +1 or whatever show up on/next to your cursor, it'll move the files onto your hard drive.

If you right click the files in question and click "Add to Collection," they should copy over.

Ok, so go to device/music and drag 15 files over to the computer Icon. Then I go to device/status and I see:

JUST ADDED 1 TO COLLECTION
1 Items

next I did start sync. It said device is up to date %100. Where did those files go?

Probably to C:\*all the way to your music directory*\Zune\*Artist Name*

hmmm. Don't see anything there. My

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\My Music\zune

is empty.

The other thing is that when I go to device, I see playlist1 with about 15 files, but I know I have more than that on my device. Any other thoughts?

You're in all users. Go to your user name's music folder and see if it changes.

Ok, I changed my setting monitored folder setting for "Music" to

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\My Music\zune

then I dragged the 15 files (although I have tons of file on my zune device) to PC Icon then clicked on sync.

I still don't see my files.
