On the computer - Windows XP with latest download ( xp3?) - 'no portable device' shows and is not detected in plug and play.
With Zune open - ' device not connected'. I have tried ''UNZUNE' and reinstall on the computer 3times, No change.
Have tried the reboot on the Zune, Checked an updated all USB ports on the 'Device manager. Checked all th USB ports to the Zune. Used different AC outlets and cables. No change
Have a NEW battery. No change
Plays fine and all functions work when pluged into AC. Does not show charging, (lightning bolt). Afetr a while it will show a charge, but will drain and shut off in 10minutes. Pulg back into AC and get the battery Icon. After about 2 minutes, it will start up but will not show charging.
The lightning bolt does appear durning window 'start up' or 'shut down'
Can anyone help?
