Help with Frozen Zune 30s

After a i got my zune it was all aright until the baterry was dead. i tried charging it in the computer,wall charger,ect but it wasnt working so i tried charging with the same charger on my friends zune and it worked fine......help me

ehh..? so your zune charges through your friend's cable/charger.. maybe your cable is dead.

edit: or you can try buying a battery replacement off eBay. I'm gonna bet that your warranty already expired.

No thats not wat he meant runt he meant his friends zune charges thru the same charger/cable that didnt work for him
id say..................YOUR BATTERY IS DEAD
Did you buy it refurb or used?
Or let it completley die and then re-charge.
OR something in the case broke and now it cant connect?
Can It CONNECT TO YOUR PC?

i have the same problem but mine truly doesnt charge or sync or nuthin. though i let it completely die. but still. it should be able to charge you know...i got a ac adaptor and 3 sync cords. brand new and nuthin works.

I was listening to a podcast, and all of a sudden my zune 30 froze. I've had this happen before, so I just pressed the play and let it go through the boot screen, But, It stopped, the grey loading bar stopped right at the end, and now it is frozen and non-responsive. I've attempted holding the buttons, and pluggin it in. nothing has worked. I dont have any money, and I can't afford a new mp3 player.

Help?

Tried everything to make it work, reset doesnt work, the "delete all" doesnt work, so i need some help plz

My zune has never had any problems freezing untill today, and when I set it down and headed outside to do some work, I came back to find it at the screen it usually shows during startup, I thought it would load up and be fine, but it appears to be stuck at the logo/startup and I cant restart it or anything. Am i doomed, or is there a fix?

What the hell?! I just got this new 30 GB Zune a month ago from having my old one die on me now its stuck on the loading screen as well. Weird all at the same time. Please someon have an answer. I searched everywhere and all there is are threads with just the problem and no solution. This happened at exactly 3:02 A.M. EST for reference. Which I am assuming has to do with the new year or something. 12:01 A.M. Western is probably where they are located.

My Zune was docked in my iHome ZN9 alarm clock dock that I just received for christmas, and I had it playing music.

All of the sudden, the music stopped and the Zune appeared to be restarting itself for unapparent reasons. Then, when the load bar had progressed to full, it stayed in the restart screen, stuck with the load bar full.

I've tried the Back+Up to restart, the Back+Up+Left to Hard Restart, flipping the hold switch, and plugging it via USB into my computer. When I put the device up to my ear, I can hear the hard drive spinning.

This is the worst time for me to even start thinking about replacing my Zune, so ANY help would be appreciated!!!

yeah, they all seemed to have occured about the same timeframe +/- timezone hour

yeah, like ive had mine for a year almost, and the only problem i had was one of the buttons from my charger popped off so i have to use a key to take it off the charger lol
